WHY BOC?
Because It's up to us!
Our boys are being recruited daily—by the evils of the world with a promise of escaping reality.
They are convinced by their current role models that creating multiple families and letting Mommy do it is the way to go .
Our boys are disenchanted with success because the expectations put on them is low or there is none at all! We must break the vicious cycle of baby boys creating other baby boys. The laziness that persists must be broken, and the belief that acquiring a skill set and exhibiting great character is fun and necessary.
BROTHERS OF CHARACTER
BOC
BOC has been developed by Brothers on Campus to address the state of young males in America! Instead of sitting around complaining, we decided to create an action plan and do something about it.
We have assembled a diverse group of men with specific individual talents, who are GREAT Fathers and Husbands.
We have age specific activities that will stimulate our Boys desire to be Great Men! Boys will be taught to identify negative behavior early and begin to correct them!
BOC'S MISSION
.....is to train our participants through various mental and physical activities that will provide them with the necessary tools to succeed.
Proactive approaches to academics and fitness principles provide the ideal stimulus to create Great Character and increased self-esteem by teaching responsibility and respect for self and others.
We strongly believe that our program will make the difference and give our participants the positive choice they need when faced with negative alternatives.
Sharing knowledge and providing expectation, puts the reins back in the child’s hands so they can better chart their course of action for a empowered healthy life.
Further, we know that with community and corporate support we will collectively provide a platform to empower our participants and their families that are the fabric of our communities.

SPIRITUAL CONNECTION
Creating a comprehensive environment based around scriptures such as Titus 2:6-8, Peter 5:5 & John 2:17, where the word of God Warrants a man to be Great!
BIZZ $AVVY
Bizz $avvy’s mission is provide a unique entrepreneurship program that takes our participants dreams from vision to reality. Our participants are exposed to wealth building techniques. Our program offers youth the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills that will teach them to think outside the box and foster an appreciation for their own economic growth utilizing proven business systems.
KARATE
Bullies are individuals who don't want to be exposed as a person who can't fight. They spend days picking on smaller or younger individuals! Brothers of Character will bully-proof your son with Martial Arts Training!
BASIC LIFE SKILLS
Assuring that our participants are fluent in basic computation & word recognition to ensure they are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in. We are invested in an innovative approach that will empower our participants to go forth with pride and dignity!
GOLF LESSONS
The game of golf has at its core a standard of behavior that lends itself to positive development. Personal skills such as honesty, integrity, courtesy and respect are all present in golf, regardless of the level of competition. Golf prepares your son to learn how to network with anyone!
CARPENTRY
Our boys will be trained to perform basic household repairs. With this knowledge they will have the ability to participate in our give back program by utilizing their new found talents to enhance our community.
COACH GRANDDAD
Coach Grandad is an inspirational, motivational, and impactful program for young men.
It focuses on exposing youth to the concepts of greatness that's within them, the importance of personal responsibility, achievement, and encouragement to develop the mental, physical, and social skills needed to begin their journey into the Power of Self (POS) principles:

Boys will get a chance to learn about Building Wealth by first learning how to manage money. At Brothers of Character it will not only be taught it will be EXPECTED!!
